Book a Pickleball Court
As a proudly local Canterbury business, we are passionate about sharing our expertise with the community, offering court hire and coaching sessions in Christchurch to help players of all levels enjoy the game.
We have two indoor courts available for pickleball play at The Cashmere Club, located at 50 Colombo Street, Cashmere, Christchurch.
Court hire is available Mondays, Wednesdays, Fridays, Saturdays & Sundays.
Court Hire Costs
The Cashmere Club
Cashmere Club Members receive special court hire rates, if you wish to join The Cashmere Club, just visit their friendly staff next time you are in the venue. (Memberships range from $15 to $35 per annum.)
Equipment
Players can bring their own Pickleball paddles & balls OR you are welcome to borrow our Dink paddles and balls (available from the Cashmere Club office). Please ensure all borrowed equipment is returned after use.

Where are the courts located?
Our indoor pickleball courts are located at The Cashmere Club, 50 Colombo Street, Christchurch. PIckleball courts are located just on your left as your walk through the main entrance.
How much does it cost to hire a court?
Court hire is $24/hour per court, or $20/hour if you’re a member of The Cashmere Club. If you plan to play regularly, membership is great value — starting from just $15 per year.
How do I book a court?
All bookings are managed through Pay2Play.
Click on Book Now & then filter venues by region (Canterbury) & sport (Pickleball) to find Dink Pickleball at The Cashmere Club.
You can then either click on Join or Book Now. We recommend clicking on Join & then creating a Pay2Play profile for DInk Pickleball. This will allow you to manage your bookings. However, if you simply wish to check out as a casual user, you can go straight to Book Now.
If you click Join, you will then be prompted to fill out the form: Request a Membership for Dink Pickleball at The Cashmere Club. Fill in the form, and at this point if you are a Cashmere Club Member you can select this membership type on the form. If you are not a Cashmere Club Member please select Senior.
After this form has been completed, the team at Dink Pickleball will receive your membership request and we will need to approve this request so that you can then make a booking using your profile. Please note this may take a few hours to be approved as it is a manual process.
After you have been verified as a Cashmere Club Member, you will receive an email from Pay2Play confirming your profile is now saved as a Cashmere Club Member and you will be able to make bookings and receive the cheaper rate.
Please note court bookings open 14 days out so you can make bookings a fortnight in advance of the day you wish to play.
Do I need to be a Cashmere Club member to play?
No, anyone can hire a court. However, Cashmere Club members receive discounted rates and access to great facilities including the sports bar, beer garden, kids' playground, and more.
To become a member, talk to the staff at The Cashmere Club or request a membership through Dink Pickleball when signing up on Pay2Play.
How far in advance can I book?
To keep it fair for everyone, court bookings open 14 days out so you can make bookings a fortnight in advance of the day you wish to play.
